As you must be aware that we are going to conduct an exhibition on Mithila Paintings in Ludhiana sometime in August end or September 2010.

- The expenses for lodging, food and travel(return train tickets for 2nd AC class & local travel) will be taken care by us. The facilities will be very good.
- The whole program will take around 10 days.
- You need to carry paintings of different sizes, designs and different material like handmade paper & silk etc.
- You may also need to make paintings at the venue so please bring all the materials needed for that.
- If you make paintings on saree, duptta, kurta, bedsheet, gift items, office accessories that would also be fine.
- You should bring at - least 25 best paintings/work done by you.
